10 and under but all are welcome! • Join us for a joyful morning of performance and story time! Spokane’s own Duck E Loveless will take our center stage to read our hearts out. Our reading selection will be hand-picked from Spark Central’s library. Chairs and cushions available, but in limited supply so feel free to bring your own blanket to sit on.

Duck E. Loveless is a Spokane based entertainer and clown for hire. Known as “The Sad Clown of Lilac City,” she combines aspects of drag and comedy to confound and delight audiences. She can be found about town, on stage or behind the scenes working for various local entertainment groups. Duck has had the privilege of collaborating with and raising funds for local organizations such as Odyssey Youth Movement, Spectrum Center, and Spokane Pride.

Outside the world of drag, Duck E. enjoys other forms of art, antics, and providing balloon sculptures for all sorts of events.
