There is a lot of construction in West Central and other areas. Construction takes a long time but the builders can manage it very well.
“CSO means Combined Sewer Overflow,” says Mr. Chambers, Holmes School Community Liaison/Interventionist.
The construction cost $3,402,583. It is supposed to be done by late fall 2018. If you do not know what time it all started, it was in the summer 2017.
Big rain storms and trash go into the sewer and go down into the river, then pollute it — and it can get into people’s yards. So now, they are trying to restore it. □
