Teens & Aduts · Join us for a celebration of Justus Brozek’s show Without Referent, which explores the impact of the Calf Canyon/Hermit's Peak wildfire that ravaged the mountains of New Mexico, burning 62 million trees and 341,725 acres of land. Brozek grew up spending every long weekend there watching the stars, playing dominoes, and creating forts between creek bends. Through cyanotype quilts and visible mending, Without Referent is a meditation on the loss and the memories centered around a place that no longer exists.
