Spark Central's 9th annual Spark Salon will transform the Montvale Event Center into a living, breathing homage to the 18th-century French salon. A space where artists, philosophers, and citizens gathered to exchange ideas and ignite change. This year’s theme, Salon de L’Art & Imagination, invites guests to wander, converse, and create in an immersive evening of storytelling, art, and visionary thinking.

Coming October, 2025. Date to be announced soon.

Revisit past Salons!

Our annual Spark Salon fundraiser is in its eighth year, and has become a treasured tradition! This year's event will be held at Hamilton Studio on Friday, October 18. We're returning to our roots with our theme of “Rooted in Creativity," featuring a conversation with one of our founders, renowned author Jess Walter.

Attendees will be treated to an intimate event as they dine on delectable, locally-sourced food from Greenbluff Fresh Catering Co., sip on drinks provided by sponsor Uprise Brewing Co. and Barrister Winery, and are entertained by a couple of amazing students from our after school program, Level Up, interviewing Walter about his work and his inspirations. We'll showcase participants from many of our programs through their music, art, poetry, and more. Performers include alums of our immensely popular Girls Rock Lab, and a poetry reading by a contributing author of our most recent book release, “Gondolas and Garbage Goats."

But that’s not all! The evening will close with a small, live auction of a few elite auction items. You can expect all of this and more during this unforgettable night. Don’t miss out!

The evening will also serve as the kick-off to our week-long online auction fundraiser (October 19-26). Keep an eye on our social media and website for more details on the exciting auction lineup we have for you, whether you can attend this year’s Salon or not!
