INTERNshipS and Practicums

Interning or fulfilling a practicum with Spark Central is a great way to develop the skills you're passionate about, build experience, and connect with a diverse community that is eager to learn!

Interns and practicum students can expect to engage directly with the public, learn about non-profit operations, use their creativity for design work, and more. We’ve previously hosted internships and practicums for degrees in visual arts, social work, psychology, education, and marketing. Our staff is excited to work with students to fulfill their learning objectives and build the skills that will land them positions in their field after graduation.

We are currently taking applications for internships for 7-15 hours per week.

It is the responsibility of the student to coordinate credit with their college or university. We are happy to support any university documentation requirements.

Internship applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Email Aimee Brooks at aimee@spark-central.org to inquire about current availability and requirements.
