We'll look at cost comparisons, healthy alternatives to convenience foods, and fun strategies for getting kids excited about healthy foods. ANDREW LARSON is a lifelong resident of Spokane with over twenty years of professional cooking experience. He is passionate about food and eager to share his knowledge with you!

CATHERINE HOWARD is a registered dietitian who loves to cook, bake, eat, ride my bike and play with her kitties Ginny and Tyga. She's originally from California. but loves getting familiar with Spokane's beauty and charm.

STEPHANIE BOND is a Community Health Worker and Diabetes Educator who is into nutrition, healthy living, and education. She likes to hike the trails around Bowl and Pitcher, create art of all kinds, and go urban exploring.
