Learn the basics of using artificial intelligence to make images. Machine learning is increasingly showing its potential for artistic applications. We'll look at notable artistic projects in the field, learn a bit about how machine learning works and experiment with basic machine learning setups. You'll leave with a better understanding of what it means to be a self-thinking artistic machine!

About the Instructor // Cynthia X. Hua is a new media artist working with AI and algorithmically generated art. She is currently a resident with Laboratory, a Spokane interactive artists' residency.
