FRIDAYS · 1-2 PM

Grades 4 - 7 · Do you feel like words have the power to move you? To make you feel things or make you feel like you're not alone? To transport you to places that you've never been before? This series will encourage students creativity through writing stories. Students will be given writing ideas and prompts, and have time to share their writing and interact with others online. Our first session will introduce students to magical realism--stories that take place in our world, but something slightly *magical* or off is happening. Every session will have a different theme. For security reasons, we’ll be requiring participants to quickly “register” for all Zoom online programming. Registration is always FREE thanks to community support, and just requires your name and email. You’ll be sent a confirmation email with all the info you’ll need to participate!
