STAR LEAD TEACHER

Spark Central seeks a Lead Teacher for our STAR After-School program! The Lead Teacher will foster a sense of community among students at Holmes Elementary School by promoting a safe and consistent environment that encourages learning, growth, and exploration through art and social-emotional learning. They will be responsible for teaching pre-prepared lesson plans, setting expectations through classroom management and daily routines, following both school and Spark Central procedures, and fostering a strong culture within the group.

Hours: Part-time, 13 hours per week. This is a temporary position, beginning on September 28, 2026 and ending on June 4, 2027. Must be available Tuesday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation: $20/hour, sick leave accrued
