You Rock! Lab is a three-day immersive rock camp for adult women and femme-identifying participants. Campers will choose an instrument, form a band, write an original song, rehearse together, and take the stage for a live performance at Hamilton Studios. No prior band experience is necessary—just curiosity, courage, and a willingness to collaborate. Registration is $450, and proceeds support Spark Central’s free, community-funded Girls+ Rock Lab for young people.

See the bands formed during Spark Central’s You Rock! Lab take the stage and perform their original songs live! This celebratory concert is the culmination of a three-day immersive rock camp for adult women and femme-identifying musicians. Ticket proceeds support Girls+ Rock Lab, Spark Central’s free, community-funded youth camp where participants build confidence, creativity, leadership, and belonging through music.
