tabling & outreach volunteers

Spark Central’s outreach volunteers help expand awareness of the programs and resources we provide. They represent Spark Central at community events, often sharing information and an activity to introduce folks to our distinct style of creative play.

Most of the time, outreach volunteers are asked to take part in neighborhood events like festivals, concerts, school open houses, and resource fairs. They pick up materials from our location on Summit Parkway and represent Spark Central independently, allowing us to expand our reach beyond what our staff could do on our own!

Outreach volunteers receive training on how to introduce potential volunteers, potential donors, and families to Spark Central’s creative community.
